Items purchased through our Etsy shop are governed by Etsy's shipping terms, shown at checkout on Etsy.

Digital Patterns

Our knitting and crochet patterns are digital PDF downloads. No physical item is shipped.

• Digital patterns are delivered electronically immediately after purchase.

• Once purchased, access to your digital pattern is permanent — there is no expiry or download limit.

Handmade Products — Pickup

Handmade Khemani Kreations products purchased through our website are available for local pickup only, at:

40 Asquith Ave, Toronto, Ontario

• Processing time: Handmade items are made to order. Processing time is typically 3–5 business days from the date of purchase, depending on the item. This is processing time only — no shipping/transit time applies, since items are for local pickup.

• Once your item is ready, you will receive a text message notifying you that it is available for pickup.

• You will also receive an email confirmation with pickup instructions, the pickup address, and pickup hours.

• Please check the individual product listing for the applicable fulfillment option, as availability may vary by item.

Handmade Products — Shipped (via Etsy)

Items are made to order with the same 3–5 business day processing time before they ship. Shipping/transit time is additional and depends on your destination — final delivery estimates, shipping options, and costs are shown at checkout on Etsy.
