This policy applies to purchases made directly through khemanikreations.com. Purchases made through our Etsy shop are subject to the applicable Etsy listing and Etsy's policies.
Handmade Products
Handmade products purchased directly through our website are made to order and are available for local pickup.
Returns and Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or other reasons unrelated to a defect, damage, or an error with your order.
Please review the product description, sizing information, and other product details carefully before completing your purchase.
Pickup Inspection
Please inspect your handmade item at the time of pickup before leaving the pickup location.
If the item is damaged, defective, or does not match your order, please bring the issue to our attention before leaving the pickup location so that we can address it at that time.
Once you have accepted the item and left the pickup location, Khemani Kreations is not responsible for damage that occurs afterward or for issues resulting from the item's use, handling, or care.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
Digital Patterns and Tutorials
Our digital patterns and tutorials are delivered electronically. Digital products cannot be physically returned, so returns and exchanges are not accepted for change of mind or accidental purchases.
If you experience a problem accessing or downloading a digital product you purchased from us, please contact us so we can help resolve the issue.
Refunds
Refunds are not provided for change of mind or accidental purchases.
If an issue with an order is identified at pickup or a digital product cannot be accessed or downloaded as intended, please contact us so we can determine an appropriate resolution.

Care Instructions
Care instructions for finished hand-knit items depend on the yarn and materials used. Please follow the care instructions provided with your item and, where applicable, the care recommendations provided by the yarn manufacturer.
Digital patterns and tutorials do not require physical care.

If you purchase a handmade product through our Etsy shop, the transaction is governed by the applicable Etsy listing, Etsy's policies, and the terms presented during Etsy checkout.
For Etsy orders, please use the Etsy order details and Etsy's customer support process where applicable.
